Overview of the Process

WEEK 1 & 2

STRATEGIZE

After signing the contract, we’ll schedule a Project Launch meeting to outline the timeline. The first half of the payment is due at this time.

Next, you’ll complete the Brand Strategy Questionnaire, and I’ll create a Brand Style Board.

WEEK 3 & 4*

BUILD

I’ll create a website template based on your goals. You’ll write your content and source images using the template as a guide.

I’ll update the website with your content and make adjustments as needed. You’ll have unlimited revisions for two weeks to fine-tune everything until it feels just right.

WEEK 5 & 6

LAUNCH & SUPPORT

Once you're happy with your website, we’ll prepare for the launch, ensuring it feels meaningful. The second half of the payment is due on launch day.

I’ll teach you how to easily update your site, and you'll get two weeks of email support.

*My web design process is calm at the core. Depending on my client’s needs, the Build phase of the project may last longer.

Multi-Page Package

Perfect for heart-centred solopreneurs with service-based businesses. I’ll guide you through a brand strategy session to create a cohesive and authentic brand, then bring your words and images to life in a professional, personalized website.

    • A one hour brand strategy session

    • A Brand Style Board

    • A Squarespace website with the following four pages: Home, About, Contact, Services

    • Squarespace template with customized design and pages

    • A 404 page, plus any legal pages such as Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. with text that you provide.

    • Mobile responsive design

    • Squarespace training so you can navigate the platform with confidence and update your website on your own.

    • Additional pages can be added-on at a fee including: Email Campaigns, Blog, Shop, Scheduling, Sales Page, Extra Services page

    • Includes up to five 1:1 one-hour meetings: project launch session, brand strategy session, live website revisions, and Squarespace training.  

    • Customized contact form

    • Connecting social media accounts

    • On-site SEO best practices

    • Unlimited website revisions within a two week period and training

    • 2 weeks post-launch support via email

    Weeks 5-6: Launch & Support
    Once you’re satisfied, we’ll launch your website, and the second half of payment is due. I’ll show you how to update your site and provide two weeks of email support. You can book me for future updates as needed.

  • $2100 CAD

    The first half of payment is due on the day of the Project Launch meeting. The second half of the payment is due when the website ownership is transferred to you. I will invoice you for both payments.

    $275 CAD

    Additional pages can be added-on at a fee including: Email Campaigns, Blog, Shop, Scheduling, Sales Page, Extra Services pages
